ELS 360 automatic labeller

Fully automatic labelling on the run of a wide range of different trays and products. The challenge was to provide a high level of flexibility and output without any production downtime if possible from the conversion operation.

Out of this challenge arose a labelling system, of which the main feature is that oval and rectangular trays or other products can be labelled without any conversion to the transport units. The oval and rectangular trays or other products can be labelled on the run with several labels. The labels can be applied to the top, base and sides or all possible combinations. 

Thanks to the design of the conveying section with 2 or 4 tracks, the required output is guaranteed for each product and all operating conditions. In order to provide the necessary consumer information and quality assurance, the labels are printed with the required data, such as for example batch number and use-by date, during the labelling process and within the system itself.
