You can complement your manual labelling stations with our ELS label printers, so that you can increase the operating speed of your systems and improve productivity. Our ELS printing systems in detail

We can offer you a total of five different printing systems:

Our ELS 186 inkjet coding system is used to print labels in a continuous printing process. It is possible to print one to four lines, with for example serial numbers, date or time.

Our ELS 194 printing system operates with a thermal transfer or direct thermal process. It guarantees a high-quality print image and can be used very flexibly for printing texts, barcodes and graphics for example in a resolution of up to 300 dpi. The system is mounted directly on the labelling station and has a 4.3" colour touch display for convenient operation.

Our ELS 180 hot foil printing system is used to print paper and film labels, and it can print in both the transversal and longitudinal direction. The system operates with type sets and print blocks. As an option, it can be supplied with a rotary wheel for printing dates and batches.

 

Technical solution to make everyday life easier

In order to achieve that, we have equipped the modules with smart technical solutions. For example, our printing and coding systems have USB and SD card slots, so that layouts can be saved quickly and easily.

We have designed our printing systems in such a way, that beginners can also find their way around quickly and easily. Operator guidance is menu-controlled and largely intuitive. The system can be configured via the display. Label layouts can be saved conveniently, and all error messages are displayed in clear text.
