Training as Technical Product Designer (m/f/d)

Training content

  • Designing of components and creating drawings with 3D CAD software
  • Performing calculation work
  • Learning about materials, manufacturing processes and assembly methods
  • Design of complete assemblies
  • Knowledge about legal provisions and working/health & safety guidelines
  • Production planning and quality assurance measures
  • Customer focus

Commercial training

The training lasts three and a half years. During this time you will learn about the structure and organisation of our company. In the first year the focus is on the design and graphic creation of components, as well as the generation of technical documentation. You will also learn how to implement design processes. In the course of the second and third years more complex components and assemblies are added to the range of design skills. You will also learn about all aspects of an industrial company, such as for example communication and organisation, as well as health & safety. Your trainer will be at your side at all times, since our aim is to give you a successful start to your professional life.
