The ELS 165

The ELS 165 semi-automatic wraparound labeller represents the successor model to the ELS 163. The labeller with its rotation system is perfectly suited to labelling virtually all cylindrical products, such as for example cans and glass or plastic bottles. Compared with the previous model, the widest range of cylindrical products can be labelled thanks to the new cassette-change system. You can use the ELS 165 for a wide variety of products, giving you maximum flexibility when using the machine.

The product is inserted manually and then removed after the labelling procedure. The labels are applied from the backing paper in just one step. This means that you can apply front, back or wraparound labels to the product very reliably.

The product height and label position can be set by means of manual settings. Other settings can be made via the digital display. In order to be able to label products with different diameters, the change-cassette simply needs to be exchanged. If our standard change-cassettes do not fit your product, we will be happy to manufacture a tailored cassette to meet your needs.
